A great surprise find. Menu is compact with a mixture of choices. The service was friendly. Chicken and Waffles, Pork Belly Taco, We tried the Shrimp Ceviche, very delicious with flowers. Brisket Tacos also tasty. Crunchy flour tortilla chips.

Food and Customer Service was on point! Tried the Chipotle Brussel Sprouts, Brisket Papas with a Fried Egg and Oso Bueno Fried Shrimp Taco. Sooooooo good! Mingo’s is a must try!
